1. Using the service
Celebrate lets you design invitations and greeting cards, share them, and collect replies. You need an account to create and send; your guests never do.
2. Your content
The words, photographs and designs you upload remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store your content and show it to the people you send it to. You confirm you have the right to use anything you upload, including photographs of other people.
3. Our designs
The template designs, graphics and typography pairings in the catalogue are licensed to you for use in invitations and cards you create here. They may not be extracted, resold or redistributed as design assets.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to send unsolicited bulk email, to harass anyone, to impersonate another person or organisation, or to distribute unlawful material. Invitations must go to people who would reasonably expect to hear from you. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
5. Paid plans
Prices are shown before you pay and are charged for the period you select. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. A single Event Pass applies to one event and does not renew.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but it is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Doing so removes your events and the guest details attached to them. We may close an account that repeatedly breaks these terms.
